We're seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join a busy maintenance-focused team, providing essential administrative and records management support. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with correspondence, document control and data management.
The Opportunity
- Location: Buderim
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Contract: 31 August 2026 to 28 February 2027
- Extension: Possible 1 x 6-month extension
- Pay Rate: $51.13 - $56.72 per hour + super
Key Responsibilities
- Review, register and file correspondence and documents within electronic records management systems
- Monitor and manage a high-volume correspondence mailbox
- Perform data entry, document management and records administration activities
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with policies and procedures
- Support the timely management of enquiries and correspondence
- Assist in reducing document and correspondence backlogs
About You
- Strong administration and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and large volumes of information
- Excellent organisational and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Content Manager or a similar electronic document and records management system will be highly regarded
