Foreign Exchange Consultant (Full time / Part-Time)

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Buying and selling foreign currencies

- Providing excellent customer service

- Processing cash transactions accurately

- Identifying and verifying customers in accordance with AML/CTF regulations

- Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records

- Answering customer enquiries in person and over the phone





- Assisting with general office and administrative duties

- Maintaining a clean, professional and secure working environment

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail

- Honest, reliable and trustworthy

- Professional presentation and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable handling cash and following procedures

- Basic computer skills

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded:

- Ability to speak Mandarin and English

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, banking, finance or hospitality

- Cash handling experience

- Experience working in a regulated industry

No previous foreign exchange experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.
