The Gymnastics Hub and Tumble Lab are lifting the standard for gymnastics and tumbling on the Gold Coast. We coach gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders across our gymnastics and tumbling programs, prioritising strong foundations, structured progressions and coaching practices that build confident, resilient kids.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn't a "run a class and clock out" role. We're looking for someone who brings purpose, pride and intention to their coaching,
and wants to be part of shaping and growing a gymnastics club.
As we grow, there's genuine opportunity to grow with us — more classes, more responsibility, and more leadership down the track for the right person.
You'll receive ongoing training and mentoring in effective, intentional coaching; safe, confident spotting; building strong foundations before progressing skills; and managing class energy and engagement.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have coaching experience in gymnastics, tumbling, cheer or acro
- Bring high energy and genuine passion to your coaching
- Are looking for a long-term role — somewhere to grow, not just work
- Understand that excellent service is what keeps members coming back, and take pride in delivering it
- Take initiative and ownership rather than waiting to be told
- Are available after-school hours and/or Saturdays
- Bonus: Coaching accreditation, First Aid & CPR, Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
