H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting a participant in Werribee and surrounding area (Up to 50 kms). Ongoing, secure employment with minimum 2-8 hour shifts.

You will help the participant live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity and quality of life. Your role includes personal care, daily living support, meal preparation, community access, and helping achieve individual goals while building a trusting
