Role Overview:

The short order cook is responsible for supporting the chefs in day to day operations within the kitchen as well as assisting in food preparation for in-venue and food trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Standard food prep for in-venue and food trucks
- Assist chefs in cooking and preparation of Breakfast and Lunch menus
- Following and demonstrating correct food safety practices
- Opening/Closing the kitchen and required equipment

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
- Current food safety certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
