Platinum Seal is a small, family-run business that's growing quickly across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

We're looking for another technician to join our Brisbane team — but we're more interested in finding the right personthan simply filling a position.

We're looking for someone reliable, good with their hands and particular about the quality of their work.

If you're the person who notices the little things other people walk past, you'll probably fit in well here.

What the job looks like

We specialise in shower resealing, grout restoration, silicone work and bathroom repairs.

Most days you'll have one main job to complete. You're given the time, tools and training to do it properly, rather than being rushed from job to job.

Once trained, you'll generally work independently. We trust our technicians to manage their day, look after the customer and take responsibility for leaving behind work they're proud to put their name to.

Who we're looking for

You don't need to have worked specifically in shower resealing before.

Experience in tiling, grouting, silicone, bathroom repairs, property maintenance, handyman work or another hands-on trade would be ideal.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who:

- Turns up when they say they will
- Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is clean, organised and respectful in customers' homes
- Can work independently without needing someone looking over their shoulder
- Communicates well and represents the business professionally
- Wants steady, long-term work rather than another short-term job

What you'll get





$35–$40+ per hour + Super, depending on experience and capability.

The position will begin casually, but there are consistent full-time hours available Monday to Friday.

- Current Australian driver's licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Positive physical fitness
- Hands-on experience or strong practical ability
- Availability for consistent Monday–Friday work
- A reliable and professional attitude

This position is not suitable for Working Holiday Visa holders or short-term applicants.
