About The Role As a Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, guiding them through products and helping them find the best solution for their project. You'll prepare and follow up quotes, liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, and proactively build relationships with builders, plumbers, architects, and other trade professionals.

This is a customer focused role that combines sales, service, and relationship management, making every day different.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, customer service, or a similar client facing role.
- A genuine passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.




- Strong communication skills with the confidence to follow up quotes and generate sales opportunities.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
- A current driver's licence.
