We are seeking a reliable and motivated signage all-rounder to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves the manufacture, assembly and on-site installation of custom signs & 3D signage. Duties include painting, fabrication, LED wiring, final assembly and installing completed signage at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and finishing signage components
- 2Pac spray painting and general paintwork
- Assembling 3D letters and illuminated signage
- LED wiring and installation within signage products
- Installing signage at customer sites
- Measuring, positioning and securely fixing signage to various surfaces
- Using ladders, elevated work platforms and access equipment where required
- Loading, transporting and unloading signage and installation equipment
- General fabrication and workshop duties
- Conducting quality control and final product inspections
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop and worksite
- Assisting with packing and dispatch when required
- Following workplace health and safety procedures in the workshop and on-site
Skills & Experience
- Experience with 2Pac or industrial spray painting
- Experience in signage installation, construction, shopfitting or a similar hands-on role
- Knowledge of signage fabrication or similar manufacturing work preferred
- Basic understanding of LED wiring and electrical assembly
- Ability to safely and confidently use hand and power tools
- Ability to take accurate measurements and complete installations to a high standard
- Comfortable working at heights and carrying out physically active work (incl certs/tickets)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude
- Current driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
