About the Role

As a Site Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly by providing high-level administrative support to site leadership and operational teams.

Duties may include

- General site administration and office support
- Mobilisation and travel coordination
- Managing rosters, timesheets, and payroll data
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Document control and records management
- Coordinating accommodation and logistics
- Maintaining site compliance and training records
- Data entry, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Supporting site managers and operational teams

What you’ll need to succeed To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Previous Site Administration experience within the mining, resources, oil & gas, or construction sectors
- Robust experience working in fast-paced site environments




- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience with SAP, Pronto, INX, SuccessFactors, or similar systems (highly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Current driver's licence and ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening if required
