About the Company An established yet growing mid-tier Building Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to join the delivery team on a landmark commercial building project in Brisbane.

About the Role

We are looking to identify an experienced Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a $100m high-end commercial building located in the heart of Brisbane.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineers, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing project documentation and ensuring construction works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor construction progress against programme and help drive key project milestones.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, shop drawings, QA documentation and project reporting.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Support health & safety initiatives and maintain site compliance.
- Liaise with consultants,



subcontractors and the wider project delivery team to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Assist with procurement, programming and project administration as required.

Requirements

- Experience working as a Site Engineer, Project Coordinator or Project Engineer on commercial construction projects.
- Previous exposure to projects valued at $30m+ is highly regarded but not essential
- Robust understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and project coordination.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
