About the Role The successful candidate will join the project team as a Site Foreman, working on a major residential development valued at approximately $250 million. Why Apply?

Your responsibilities:

- Coordinating and supervising finishing and/ or façading trades and subcontractors.
- Driving the construction program and achieving key project milestones.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently.
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, consultants and subcontractors.
- Participating in weekly site meetings.
- Communicating with the client and wider project team when required.
- Ensuring the site is safe, clean and professionally presented at all times.
- Supporting a positive and productive site culture.

About You:





- Previous experience as a Site Foreman on major residential or commercial projects.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager, Foreman.
- Proven experience delivering construction finishes and/or façade packages on major residential or commercial projects is essential.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to drive programs and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.
- A positive attitude and the temperament to work effectively in a busy project setting.
- The ability to identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
