About the Role
Allied Security is seeking for experienced, motivated and passionate candidates to join our team as Fulltime NV1 Security officers and Site Security Supervisor in Canberra (ACT).
The ideal candidate for the Site Security Supervisor can build excellent rapport with customers and has an impressive ability to communicate. This is a great opportunity to join Allied Security Australia: a dynamic high-powered security team focused on securing client properties while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Site Security Supervisor is working in a Government Department in charge of a small team.
You will work a Monday to Friday roster and will assist when required after hours. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a corporate or government environment. Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. They should also have a positive and professional approach to their work with a can-do attitude.
Skills and Experience To be considered for placement you will need to have the following skills/traits:
- MUST Have a current NV1
- MUST Have a current First Aid Certificate
- MUST Have a valid ACT Security Licence
- MUST Have experience with Gallagher or similar systems
- Proven spoken and written communication skills.
- Proven experience within the Security Industry and demonstrate best practice Security standards.
- Experience in Government or Corporate workplace is preferred.
- Be computer literate.
- Have access to reliable transport.
- Have the passion and drive to succeed.
- Flexible to the ever-changing needs of the industry.
- Able to work in a team.
- Desire to advance and up-skill.
