A well established industrial contractor is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

This is a travel based role delivering industrial projects across Queensland and interstate, with projects typically running 4–9 months.

What's in it for you:

- $140k–$160k + Super
- $100/night travel allowance
- Company-paid accommodation
- Monthly flights home
- Saturday paid at base rate
- Sunday & approved after-hours paid at double time
- Robust pipeline of work

The Role:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and programme
- Manage H&S;, QA and site documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers and clients
- Deliver projects safely and on programme

What You'll Bring:

- Industrial construction experience
- Live site/brownfield experience preferred
- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore or Breadcrumb experience advantageous
- Happy to travel for projects
