- Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently- Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods- Managing the grain receivals and outload in secure and efficient manner.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships,



specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
