About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on both residential and commercial construction sites. You'll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activity and subcontractors
- Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries
- Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Manage site documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Resolve site issues promptly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in supervising both residential and commercial builds
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and OH&S;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Trade qualification or relevant construction certification
- White Card and valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
