Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering essential infrastructure projects across Sydney. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join their site team and support ongoing civil works.
Your new role
As a Skilled Labourer, you'll play a key role in ensuring site activities run efficiently and safely.
Key duties will include
- Assisting with general civil construction works
- Operating hand and power tools
- Site preparation and maintenance
- Trenching and excavation support
- Spotting plant and equipment
- Assisting trades and machine operators
- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
- Following site safety procedures at all times
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience working on civil construction sites
- White Card
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
- Robust understanding of site safety practices
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
