NTHA Trainees & Apprentices is looking for a motivated 1st Year Wood Machining Apprentice to join a leading Australian-owned timber manufacturer in Silverdale.
This isn't a job where you'll be stuck behind a desk. You'll work with state-of-the-art machinery, create quality timber products, develop practical trade skills, and get paid while earning a nationally recognised qualification.
What you'll learn
- Operate CNC and specialised timber machinery
- Cut, shape and machine timber to precise specifications
- Read plans and technical drawings
- Produce custom timber products and large production runs
