- Prepare quotations and provide product information.
- Keep customers updated on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes.
- Support the Sales and Customer Service teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update pricing and account information across business systems.

- Positive, proactive and team-focused.
- Experience with SAP, CRM or ERP systems is desirable but not essential.
