We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production/Assembly Team Members to join a manufacturing team based in Wodonga , VIC.

These positions will commence on a casual basis with full-time hours , working Monday to Friday . Shifts times are available across days, afternoons or nights , your preference for which can be discussed during the interview process.

What you’ll be doing

- Operating machinery and equipment to assemble products to specification
- Manually assembling components and finished products
- Performing quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Following all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a production,



manufacturing or assembly role will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 10kg+
- A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
