About the Role:

FS Solutions is a premier provider of integrated essential services across the ACT and surrounding regions. Due to expanded growth and a number of commercial and enterprise projects, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Team Member to join our Canberra-based team.

In this pivotal role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Project Managers to drive the successful delivery of high-end electronic security installations, system commissioning, and technical handovers across complex commercial, corporate, and institutional sites in the ACT region.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-level installation, programming, commissioning, and testing of complex access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track site milestones, manage technical requirements,



and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Guiding and mentoring junior Technicians or sub-contractors when required.

Maintaining explicit project documentation including; commissioning sheets, as-built updates, and client sign-off reports.

Uphold exceptional quality and safety standards across all active project sites.

Ensuring all Technicians and sub-contractors are following the SWMS on all projects.

Skills and Experience

Trade Background: Open Cabler Registration (with Structured/Coaxial endorsements), Asbestos Awareness, Working Safely with Asbestos and NSW + ACT Security License (or ability to obtain one). AGSVA Clearance is a bonus.

ACT WWVP registration: or the ability to obtain one.

Technical Savvy: Proven background leading the installation of large-scale commercial and enterprise security systems.

Product Knowledge: Hands-on experience and current certifications in any of the following platforms will be highly regarded:

Access Control: Gallagher (Access or Fence), Inner Range (Integriti / Inception), Software House C-CURE 9000, Gentetec.

Project Mindset: Strong understanding of project deadlines, site plans, and the ability to work constructively with project management teams.

Communication: Excellent client-facing skills with a professional approach to problem-solving.
