Local Government Organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the Finance team on a three-month temporary contract in Queensland. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records and responding to payroll enquiries from employees and managers.

You will interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements, ensure compliance with payroll legislation and maintain confidentiality while supporting the wider Finance team with payroll
