You will develop and manage relationships with local employers to create sustainable job opportunities and collaborate with Job Coaches to align candidates with employer needs.

You will support post-placement outcomes, work with internal teams to assist clients at risk, and operate in a KPI-driven workplace with strong integrity and compassion.
