The Prospect

Who You Are

- A strategic retail leaderwith multi‑site experience in large format environments.
- Ideally,you come from within a furniture and/or lifestyleretailer (or related); however, candidates with a strong eye for styleand a passion for all things homestrong eye for style and a passion for all things lifestyle and home — will also be highly regarded.
- You've built your success in a direct, consultative selling environment,where teams work closely with customers to identify their needs and deliver personalised outcomes
- A proven performance leaderwho builds results‑driven cultures — balancing commercial instinct, data insight, and deep people connection.
- A forward thinkerwho sees possibility before it’s obvious and brings ideas to life.
