We are offering to all the ladies, an entry pathway into waste driving — starting as a Waste Runner with the opportunity to progress to HR Driver.
Start Here – Waste Runner
- Learn the ropes alongside experienced drivers:
- Assisting with bin collections
- Working on rear lift waste trucks
- Learning secure lifting & site procedures
- Understanding routes, customers & safety compliance
- Early morning starts,
local metro runs
- No experience in waste? That’s okay — we’ll train you.
Step Up – Get Your HR Licence
- Support and guidance toward obtaining your HR licence
- On-the-job exposure to prepare you for driving
- Real progression into an HR Waste Driver role
- Ongoing stable employment once licensed
