As our Queensland network continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced construction professional to support our franchisees, strengthen compliance standards, and help drive business performance across the state.

This is a unique opportunity for a QBCC-licensed skilled who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping businesses succeed.

About the Role

You will work closely with franchise owners, providing technical guidance, compliance support and operational advice to help franchisees establish, grow and manage successful businesses.

This role combines technical building knowledge with franchise business support and offers significant flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and guidance to franchisees throughout the construction process.
- Assist with estimating, variations and build-related problem solving.
- Support QBCC licensing and compliance requirements.
- Conduct franchise business reviews and assist franchisees with business planning.
- Monitor franchise compliance against systems, processes and franchise standards.




- Support franchisees with Stonewood system and process.
- Assist with procurement arrangement and supplier relationship
- Support new franchisees as they transition into trading operations.

About You

- Current QBCC Builder Licence (Open or Unrestricted preferred).
- Strong understanding of Queensland residential building practices.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations and businesses.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with franchise networks or multiple business owners is advantageous.
