Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Responsible for completing roof and gutter replacements,



new installs and maintenance work
- Ensuring all work is compliant and of a high standard
- Measuring and ordering of flashings and materials
- Liaising with clients daily
- Ensuring all safety procedures are adhered to
- Assist with compliance documentation, managing certification and QBCC requirements for all jobs

- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Neat and presentable appearance
- Experience leading a team
- Experience with all types of metal roofing
- High level communication (written/verbal), customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail

- Can follow directions while also taking initiative to make things better
- Positive attitude and a strong team player that is polite, courteous, and friendly
- Excellence organisation, problem solving, and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of the relevant building codes and standards
- Willingness to take on more responsibility as the business grows
- Can pivot and adapt when plans change
