At Niño Early Learning Adventures Elsternwick , we believe every child deserves the best start in life. We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Child Care Worker to join our vibrant team on a 38 hour per week, rotating roster, and help shape the future of our children through early education.

About The Role

- Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
- Support the emotional, social and developmental needs of children.
- Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards in the centre.
- Build warm and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, record and report on children's progress and behaviour.

About You

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)



and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
