This well-established not-for-profit organisation is seeking a seasoned payroll leader to support transformation across multiple services in Australia. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a team of 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports to deliver payroll compliance, reporting, and remuneration processing.

You will optimise systems, manage deductions, salary packaging, and government reporting, mentor staff, and partner with Finance, People & Culture, and ICT to drive improvements
