We’re looking for a reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team in a full-time role. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and want a roster that gives you more time to enjoy life outside work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This position is primarily based on our grill and fryer stations.

Your day may include:

- Cooking burgers, steaks and grilled items




- Preparing food to Bradlees standards
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Supporting the kitchen team wherever needed

About You

You’ll be someone who:

- Enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace
- Takes pride in producing quality food
- Is reliable and punctual
- Works well in a team
- Stays calm under pressure
- Wants a long‑term role

Kitchen experience is preferred, however we are happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
