We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale solar farm project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, or industrial projects. The role is offered on a contract basis and includes a daily site allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve on‑site issues.
- Foster a robust safety‑first culture across the project.
About You
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar leadership position.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in site‑based construction supervision.
- Experience reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, method statements, construction work packs and project reporting.
- Experience on BESS, substation,
high‑voltage or transmission projects will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
