About us Snap Fitness Indooroopilly is a newly modernised, fast-growing 24/7 franchise club in the heart of Indooroopilly.
We’re looking for a motivated, sales-focused Club Manager to drive growth, lead the team and deliver an outstanding member experience.
The role
- As Club Manager you’ll lead all day-to-day operations and be responsible for:
- Driving membership sales and retention (meet KPIs)
- Leading and developing your team.
- Delivering excellent customer service and community engagement
- Managing onboarding, contracts, payments and reporting
- Promoting and coordinating group fitness and PT services
- Overseeing basic marketing initiatives and local outreach
- Ensuring club safety, cleanliness and compliance
About you
- You’re a fitness professional who can lead by example and deliver results:
- Approachable, energetic, outgoing and positive
- Proven sales experience and ability to hit KPIs
- Strong organisational and computer skills; able to multitask under pressure
- Experience in club management or a clear desire to step into management
- Comfortable welcoming and retaining new members and building community
Mandatory qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Blue Card (WWC) required
- If operating as a PT: Cert IV and current registration/insurance
