Joining a supportive and cooperative team, you'll work alongside a Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to help deliver exceptional service across a well-managed residential portfolio. This is a 12-month contract making it perfect for an experienced Property Manager looking for better work-life balance while still staying connected to the industry.

- Co-manage a residential portfolio
- Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Manage repairs, maintenance, arrears and lease renewals
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Assist with NCAT preparation when required

Experience required

- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused approach

Benefits

- $80,000 + super (pro rata)
- Work 3 or 4 days per week 9:00am - 5:00pm
- No Saturday work
- Company car available during work hours
- No accounts or new business
