About the opportunity
Due to a number of our current nurses being offered career advancement opportunities within Werribee Mercy Hospital and our further health organisation we are looking for experienced registered nurses with a passion for ED nursing to join our team. Our dedicated ED education team offers tailored training and continuous support, empowering you to thrive in the fast-paced emergency department setting.

What you’ll bring
You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Post graduate Critical Care qualifications - Desirable
- Recent experience in an Emergency Department - Desirable
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an Australian acute care setting - Essential
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
