Employment Opportunity – Content & Social Media Manager (Part-Time) Join a Fast-Growing Group of Businesses We’re looking for a creative, energetic and highly organised Content & Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week). This isn’t your typical social media role. You’ll be responsible for building the online presence of several growing businesses while documenting the journey of an entrepreneur who believes in hard work, family and building successful companies.

About the Role You’ll manage the social media presence across four businesses as well as our founder’s personal brand.

Your role will include

Planning and creating engaging daily content.

Filming behind-the-scenes footage across our businesses.

Creating “day in the life” style videos.

Capturing business growth, projects and team culture.

Recording staff interviews and customer stories.

Editing short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms.

Writing engaging captions and marketing copy.

Developing creative marketing campaigns and new content ideas.

Monitoring engagement and helping grow our online communities. What We’re Looking For You’ll ideally have:

Experience managing social media accounts for businesses.





Strong videography and photography skills (iPhone and/or camera).

Excellent video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.

A creative eye for content that captures attention.

Excellent written communication skills.

Confidence filming people and directing content.

The ability to work independently and manage multiple brands.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Hours Part-time (20–30 hours per week).

Versatile working arrangements.

Some after-hours and weekend filming will occasionally be required to capture authentic business and lifestyle content.

Salary Competitive hourly rate based on experience (approximately $45–60 per hour).
