We are seeking an organized, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee content execution and community management for our client accounts.

In this role, you will manage daily postings across Instagram and TikTok, drive audience engagement, and maintain an active presence by responding directly to community comments and direct messages (DMs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Management: Upload, schedule, and publish high-performing posts, Stories, and Reels/TikToks across multiple client accounts.
- Community & Inbox Management: Monitor inboxes daily to reply promptly, professionally, and engagingly to incoming DMs and comments.
- Audience Engagement: Proactively engage with relevant niche accounts and community members to foster organic growth.
- Client Coordination: Maintain content calendars and collaborate with the internal team to align with brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking: Keep track of engagement rates, message response times, and follower interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:





- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and TikTok business profiles.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to different client brand voices.
- Strong organizational skills to monitor and reply to high-volume messages across different client accounts.
- Self-motivated with a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and daily availability.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone/computer.

Job Details & Pay:

- Pay Rate: $50.00 – $70.00 AUD per hour (based on experience)
- Job Type: Casual / Subcontractor / Part time
- Work Location: Remote (Work from Home - Australia)
- Schedule: Flexible hours / Daily check-ins required for DM management
