- Deliver psychosocial assessments, care plans and clinical reviews- Coordinate recovery-focused care with consumers and carers- Develop targeted interventions to improve clinical outcomes- Support crisis, rehabilitation and acute mental health services- Contribute to education, research and quality improvement activitiesThis recruitment drive is focussing on vacancies in our community mental health teams both within Eastern Community Mental Health (Tranmere)
