The Position

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio to ensure their smooth operation and maximising their profitability.

Your duties will include:

- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintenance and ensuring all properties are well maintained and in compliance with regulations.
- Arrange and conduct open for inspections.
- Open for inspections and private appointments
- Overseeing the completion of tenancy applications
- Managing authorities and lease documentation

Skills and requirements

- Agent Representative Certificate and valid police check
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial property management experience




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and colleagues.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Legislation knowledge pertaining to property management.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
