About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Managerto lead the day to day operations of our Melbourne studio. This is a diverseand busy role for someone who thrives on organisation, anticipates what'sneeded before it's asked, and enjoys bringing people, places and processestogether.
Reporting to the National Studio Manager, you will beresponsible for delivering an exceptional front of house experience and ensuringthe studio operates seamlessly day to day. You'll coordinate front and back ofhouse operations, events and internal communications, maintain a showcase standardworkplace environment, and build strong relationships across the business. Yourprofessionalism and attention to detail will help foster a positive studioculture while supporting the efficient delivery of our national operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creatinga welcoming and professional studio environment by being the first pointof contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, while anticipating andresponding to stakeholder needs.
- Buildingrapport with internal and external stakeholders through effectivecommunication, responsiveness and continuous improvement of the workplace experience.
- Managingworkstation allocations, workplace utilisation, onboarding and offboardingto ensure staff have the resources and support they need to succeed. Coordinatinginternal events,
studio communications, travel bookings, facilitiesmanagement, deliveries, expenses and other operational activities.
- Leadingworkplace health and safety initiatives, including training and safetyaudits, to ensure compliance with regulations and foster a culture ofsafety and wellbeing among team members.
- Leadingthe local studio team, providing direction, collaboration and day-to-dayoversight to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
About You
We are excited to welcome someone with the following skills:
- 3-5 years'experience in a similar role, managing a busy office environment end-to-end
- Ishighly competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint,Excel, and Microsoft Teams. Adobe InDesign and Canva is anadvantage
- Strongproblem-solving aptitude, the ability to think critically and make soundcommercial decisions, and strong stakeholder management skills
- Adaptabilityand flexibility to handle shifting demands whilst keeping track of variousresponsibilities
- As a central point of contact, you will need excellent communication skills tointeract with staff, clients and suppliers
- Abilityto motivate and inspire the team to deliver a quality front of houseexperience and superior internal and external service
