The Opportunity

You’ll begin in an outbound sales development role focused on starting conversations with business owners and booking qualified appointments for senior consultants. From there, you’ll be trained to run discovery calls and transition into closing your own deals.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide full training, daily coaching, and a structured development pathway. You'll be eligible for commissions and bonuses from your second week on the job. High performers typically progress into closing roles within a few months - and once you reach that stage, there is genuine six-figure earning potential based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Making daily outbound calls to small business owners (approx. 100–150 per day)

- Starting real conversations and identifying business needs

- Booking high-quality appointments for senior sales consultants





- Learning how to run discovery calls and present digital marketing solutions

- Progressing into running and closing your own deals

- Managing your CRM pipeline and staying organised

- Working toward clear activity and performance targets with support from leadership

Your First 90 Days

Month 1 – Build the Foundations

- Learn systems, product, and sales approach

- Build confidence handling objections

Months 2–3 – Step Into Sales

- Train in full sales conversations

- Start running discovery calls

- Work closely with experienced consultants

- Build consistency and prepare for closing responsibility
