Your Key Responsibilities

- Providing high-quality clinical care, including assessments, monitoring, and medication management.
- Managing wounds and promoting healing.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Conducting health assessments, maintaining records, and documenting on eCase.
- Addressing pain management and handling medical emergencies.
- Providing end-of-life and palliative care.

Skills & Experience

- Current AHPRA Registration
- Knowledge of aged care standards
- Passionate, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Teamwork skills
- Effective communication abilities
