About the business/role/team

This site-based role in Northwest Sydney will be part of the NSW team within the Bank’s Workplace Department with responsibility for overseeing critical infrastructure, facilities operations and workplace experience to ensure operational availability, safety, sustainability and effectiveness of the Bank’s physical assets.

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator role will report to the Operational Lead

main function is to support the Operational Lead with administration, reporting, purchase orders, emergency management, stakeholder management and communication

The Facilities Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries, coordinates service providers, and helps maintain a safe, well-maintained workplace.

About you

Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Problem-solving and attention to detail.

Basic technical knowledge of building systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products e.g. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.

Basic understanding of Facilities Management systems (BMCS, Lighting Systems, SCADA).
