Chef de Partie (CDP) & Sous Chef – Join the Growing Team at Chapa

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in skilled kitchens
- Both experienced and junior CDPs and Sous Chefs are welcome to apply
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a chef
- For the Sous Chef position, a minimum of 6 months in that role
- Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience (highly regarded)
- Background in hatted or award-winning restaurants (highly regarded)
- Strong focus on consistency and attention to detail,



with pride in delivering high-quality food to meet high client expectations
- Ability to run small events and prep independently
- Positive attitude with a solid work ethic and team mindset
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
- Australian working rights required (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates)
