- Prepare and cook menu items, including pizza, pasta, risotto, grilled dishes, and pan-cooked specialties.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Manage food preparation, stock control, and ingredient freshness.
- Follow kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.




- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist in menu development and suggest improvements.

- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifications
- Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably in Italian or continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
