Podiatrist Full-time or Part-time available

Physikal Health Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Podiatrist to join our team in Hervey Bay, QLD. As a Podiatrist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive foot and ankle care to our patients, helping them maintain optimal foot health and mobility. This position is being offered in both Full-time and part-time employment. Offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing

- Conducting thorough assessments and diagnoses of foot and ankle conditions
- Designing and implementing individualised treatment plans to address a range of podiatric issues
- Providing a wide range of podiatric services, including biomechanical assessments, routine foot care, nail care, and the management of conditions such as sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, bunions, and diabetic foot complications
- Educating patients on proper foot care and prevention strategies to maintain long-term foot health
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in our multidisciplinary team, such as physiotherapists and physiologists, to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

What we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Podiatry or equivalent qualification




- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients
- Proficient in the use of podiatric equipment and technology
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, patient-centred approach to care
