Electrical Foreman | Redcliffe | 106-Unit High-Rise | $60-$65/hr + Penalties | 2-Year Project

About the Role
Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to take responsibility for the electrical delivery of a 106-unit high-rise residential development in Redcliffe .
This is a long-term opportunity with approximately 2 years of work secured , with further projects available following completion. You will play a key role in coordinating the electrical team and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard from construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day electrical works across the project
- Lead and supervise electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
- Coordinate labour, materials and site requirements
- Oversee works from rough-in through to fit-off and completion
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications
- Monitor progress, productivity and project timelines
- Conduct pre-starts and toolbox meetings
- Maintain WHS, quality and compliance standards
- Liaise with builders, project managers and other trades
- Assist with variations, materials and project reporting
- Ensure work is completed to scope, quality and schedule

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years' post-trade experience
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Senior Leading Hand
- Strong multi-residential experience is essential
- High-rise/apartment construction experience highly desirable
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate site activities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- White Card
- Current CPR & LVR
- Driver's Licence
