About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Time Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and oversee the day-to-day running of our dining operation — from opening to close. You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience for our members and guests while maintaining budget expectations and building a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing daily front of house restaurant operations, including opening, service, and closing

- Leading, training, and supervising the restaurant team

- Coordinating large functions and events,



liaising with the Head Chef and Management Team

- Developing and maintaining service standards and workflow improvements

- Ensuring compliance with RSA, food hygiene, WHS, and club policies

- Resolving customer feedback and complaints with professionalism

- Supporting promotional events and working closely with all departments

- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace

What You'll Bring

- Exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar restaurant management role

- Current RSA and RSG

- First Aid Certificate preferred

- Approved Manager & RMLV desirable

- Availability to work weekends and nights

- A hands-on, team-first approach and a passion for hospitality
