YMJ Catering Services Pty Ltd YMJ CATERING SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. Our store located in Green Valley, NSW is dedicated to providing high-quality food, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring an excellent experience for every customer. Employment Type: Full time (38 hours per week) Salary Range: $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation) Location: Green Valley, NSW 2168 Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service, and leading a dynamic team to achieve sales and performance targets. The job duties include the following but are not limited to: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service. Developing and implementing marketing policies and strategies to boost brand presence, attract customers, and support business growth.

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal supply levels. Manage staff rostering, recruitment, training, supervision and performance evaluations. Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.





Creating and executing strategies to effectively promote, advertise and sell the store’s goods and services. Monitor sales and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Planning and monitoring budgets to support business objectives and financial targets.

Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and Subway brand standards. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Skills and Experience Required Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role. Diploma or higher qualification in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proven ability to manage budgets, operations, and staff performance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
