Kid Sense is a well-established, values-driven practice offering Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services from toddlers through to young adults (up to 25 years). We support children and young people in clinics, the community, schools, homes, and via telehealth — with a strong reputation for neurodiverse-affirming, inclusive therapy.

With six metro locations, each custom-designed for engaging and play-based therapy, we provide clinics packed with resources and spaces that encourage creativity, connection, and movement.

? Who You Are

You're an experienced Speechie (Paeds background required), with: Minimum 1 year of paediatric speech pathology experience is required for this position.

- Current SPA membership must be held at the time of application
- A love of working with children, teens and young adults
- A strength-based, solution-focused mindset
- Confidence in both team and solo settings
- A passion for making therapy engaging, functional, and fun
- Interest in supporting clients with:
- Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD)
- Developmental or learning delays
- Language delays and disorders
- Sensory processing needs
- Speech sound difficulties
- Literacy challenges

- Permanent residency status required for this role
