Balance in Motion is looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Bondi Beach clinic on a part-time basis. We're a well-established, community-loved clinic with a strong focus on running and sports rehab, and we're growing, with a second clinic launching soon in Paddington.

About Us

We treat everyone from weekend warriors to competitive marathoners, and we're known for our hands-on approach, robust patient education, and active presence in the local community (@balanceinmotion). Our team includes physios working collaboratively across musculoskeletal, sports, and sport-specific rehab.

The Role

- Part-time position, days/hours negotiable to suit the right candidate
- Full caseload of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy patients
- Opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to clinical direction




- Scope to get involved in running gait analysis and return-to-run programming
- Based at our Bondi Beach clinic, with potential involvement at our new Paddington location as it opens

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience (senior-level caseload management)
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Great communicator. Someone who builds trust with patients quickly and works well as part of a small, close-knit team
