We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within Forensic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (Forensic CAMHS) at the Women’s and Children’s Health Network.

Our multidisciplinary team provides specialist mental health services to young people in custody, delivers mental health consultation to Kurlana Tapa Youth Justice Centre , supports the community through the Adolescent Sexual Assault Prevention Program (ASAPP) , and partners with the Adelaide Youth Court to provide mental health triage for young people appearing before the Court.

This unique role offers the opportunity to work across youth justice, community and court settings, providing diverse and rewarding clinical experience while supporting some of South Australia’s most vulnerable young people.

You’ll join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists and Aboriginal Social & Emotional Wellbeing Workers. Their cultural knowledge and expertise are integral to delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed and holistic care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, their families and communities.

We are committed to improving health outcomes through culturally responsive practice, meaningful partnerships and respect for Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing.

This is a multi-class position open to Allied Health Professionals Level 2 (AHP2)



and Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 applicants.
